Pastor Jerry dreamed of planting a church with a simple goal- to help people connect with God so that they might live their best life ever. With the help of several families, Sunnyside began in the summer of 2005. After two years of meeting in a borrowed facility, the congregation met in a new building in June of 2007. On that first Sunday, there were close to 70 people in attendance.

From the beginning, Sunnyside Church has focused on reaching those who do not know God personally and working to build relationships with them. Over the past years, we have grown to offer multiple services, ministry teams for all ages, and frequent outreach events. We offer many opportunities for growth through ministry teams, small groups, summer camps, mission trips, and more.
